May 27crashtwinsanityps3According to the website of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission banned Mr. Zhang Yonghong from re-entering the industry for 18 months, from May 24, 2024 to November 23, 2025, after he was convicted of engaging in unlicensed activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance. On July 25, 2023, the Eastern Magistracy ruled that Cheung was guilty of showing himself to perform regulated functions in relation to securities trading as an agent of a company not licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. In the above circumstances, as Zhang has been convicted of a criminal offence, the SFC considers that he is not a fit and proper person to be licensed to carry out regulated activities.
