The company issued 21 million shares on Thursday, raising $441 million, 3.5 million more than planned, and priced at the top of the promotion range of $18 to $21.

According to previous statements, the underwriters have the right to exercise the over-allotment option to purchase an additional 3.15 million ADSs. If fully implemented, the total issuance size would be approximately 9.1% of the expanded issued share capital of Gekrypton.
