Zhonghuan New Energy joins hands with Sunshine New Energy to target new heights of green energy

Central New Energy (1735timeoutarcade.HK) recently announcedtimeoutarcade, its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhonghuan Low Carbon and Sunshine New Energy signed an agreementtimeoutarcadeStrategic cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, the two sides will further deepen cooperative relations, expand cooperation scale, enrich cooperation content, and innovate cooperation models.

Sunshine New Energy will join hands with Central Low Carbon to jointly develop at least 500,000 kilowatts of new energy projects in areas such as Huainan City and Tongcheng City. The two sides plan to focus on promoting the industrial implementation, equipment manufacturing and resource development in Huainan City and Tongcheng City around the national new energy base planning, and actively strive for million-kilowatt project resources to enhance the competitiveness and scale advantages of the base.

In addition, Zhonghuan New Energy and Sunshine New Energy also plan to jointly build a photovoltaic innovation laboratory to jointly develop new efficient photovoltaic cells and modules, and share the research results together.
