After investigation, the "NetLianjia" App was jointly funded and established by Cao and others. The platform is mainly aimed at the elderly, and through WeChat groups, online and offline lectures and other forms of promotion, to create a "fourth-party payment platform", "block chain face-scanning payment system" as a gimmick to attract the elderly to register as members.

It is understood that the "NetLianjia membership system" designed by Shanghai Juwengke Digital Technology Co., Ltd., after paying a certain fee, registered members get to develop membership. At the same time, members can enter the payment module through the "NetLianjia" APP code scanning payment function, and cash out by credit card. On this basis, members can get a certain proportion of their own and offline credit card payment rewards.

"NetLianjia" App has two main functions: one is to provide credit card cash service for members and package this function as a "fourth-party payment system", and the other is to induce members to develop subordinates to pay entry fees as the company's main source of profit.

As of the case, the total level of App development members of "NetLianjia" is 32 layers, with more than 400,000 participants, of which more than 200,000 members pay entry fees, charging a total of more than 3000 million yuan, and credit cards cashing out a total of more than 800 million yuan.

Administrative penalties of confiscating a total of more than 700,000 yuan were imposed on three other related enterprises and individuals, removing the network technical support behind the software, eliminating the capital settlement force for the operation of pyramid selling activities, and effectively curbing the spread and development of pyramid selling activities. Cao Deng, Zou Mouling and other key personnel involved have been sentenced for organizing and leading pyramid selling activities that constitute a crime.

The relevant departments suggest that pyramid selling has disturbed the normal economic order, and our country explicitly forbids it. If you encounter projects that charge entry fees, pull people's heads, high investment and low return in your life, the public should keep their eyes open and should not treat the trap as a pie.
