Gelonghui May 19| China Liansu (2128cryptogamesfreetoplay.HK) announced that EDA Group (2505.HK) will publish a prospectus for the proposed spin-off and global offering, planning to issue 97.625 million shares at an offering price per share ranging from HK$2.28 to HK$3.06, and is expected to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Eligible shareholders of China Liansu will be provided with a total of 4.882 million reserved shares in the preferential offeringcryptogamesfreetoplayThe basis of the guaranteed quota is that qualifying shareholders can subscribe for 1 reserved share for every complete multiple of 636 shares held.

The market value of EDA(formerly known as EDA Cloud Technology) will range from approximately HK$1.0031 billion to HK$1.3462 billion. Immediately following the completion of the global offering and capitalization issue, the company will be deemed to have approximately 40.4% of EDA's total issued share capital.
