In April, sales prices of second-hand residential buildings in first-tier cities fell by 1.1% month-on-month, an increase of 0.4 percentage points from the previous month, with Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen falling by 1.6%, 0.8%, 1.4% and 0.7% respectively. The sales prices of second-hand residential buildings in second-and third-tier cities fell by 0.9% month-on-month, and the declines were both 0.4 percentage points higher than the previous month.

In April, the sales price of new commercial residential buildings in first-tier cities fell by 2.5% year-on-year, an increase of 1.0 percentage points from the previous month. Among them, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen fell 0.5%, 6.9% and 6.7% year-on-year respectively, while Shanghai rose 4.2%. The sales prices of new commercial residential buildings in second-and third-tier cities fell by 2.9% and 4.2% respectively year-on-year, and the declines were 0.9 and 0.8 percentage points higher than the previous month respectively. In April, sales prices of second-hand residential buildings in first-tier cities fell by 8.5% year-on-year, an increase of 1.2 percentage points from the previous month, with Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen falling by 8.0%, 7.5%, 10.2% and 8.5% respectively. Sales prices of second-hand residential buildings in second-and third-tier cities fell by 6.8% and 6.6% respectively year-on-year, and the declines were both 0.9 percentage points higher than the previous month.
