Gelonghui May 2| Aviation parts maker Spirit AeroSystems has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Austin, Texas, asking a U.S. judge to block Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's investigation, saying the state required internal documents and itsfishingequipmentnearmeHis information is unreasonable and illegal. Spirit Aero has major legal concerns about an investigation announced by Paxton's office in March into the safety of aircraft components supplied to Boeing. Spirit Aero, Boeing's main airframe supplier, is facing increasing regulatory and investor scrutiny after the mid-air panels of a new 737 MAX aircraft burst in January.
